The Client Questionnaire is an invaluable first step in the planning process, allowing a planner to better understand your financial situation and lifestyle goals. Analysing this information, Green Associates will understand the best way to reach your objectives and provide recommendations on how to achieve them. These recommendations will be provided in the form of a Statement of Advice (SOA).
In accordance with the Corporations act you should be provided with a Financial Services Guide (FSG) before receiving advice or at the point of advice. The FSG details costs and fees associated with advice as well as the qualifications and accreditations of your financial planner.
Any information provided will only be used in the preparation of this advice. Green Associates takes privacy very seriously and will take great care to protect this information by adhering to a strict privacy policy.
